Sounds. The best of New Zealand lamb, beef and game is carefully sourced daily
from around New Zealand to guarantee your enjoyment. Freshly harvested produce and
herbs from our own garden ensure the freshest flavours to compliment Louis'
dishes. With Louis' European training and Michelin Restaurant experience, his
delicately prepared desserts are often a favourite with guests.
